30g Flow question

I have about 590g Flow rate in my 30g tank which consist of 295gph from my sump pump and 295gph from my power head towards the top. I was thinking about putting an additional power head with about 100gph flow on the other side of my tank to move a little more water towards the bottom through my live rock, which will give me a total of 690 flow. What do you guys think? Is this over kill or just enough??? for a reef tank??

Sounds like you have plenty of flow already in there. You are close to overkill and I probably would not add the second powerhead.
