36 watt biocube ballast

I replaced my bulb in my biocube today, but alas it did not work.
When I tried it on the other side, it did work. Thus I am led to believe it is the ballast?

I have searched the Oceanic website, but none are for sale. I also searched the internet and found nothing.
Any suggestions as where to locate one?

An LFS in my area can get them pretty easily. They run about $40. I know because a friend of mine just had to replace his and they got it for him in a week.

I called all of my LFS's and no luck.
I finally found one for $29. including shipping. Which I thought was very reasonable.
I spoke with Don, who was quite helpful.
