37gl tank, NEED lighting HELP

I have a 37 gallon tank. I would like a metal halide light. What should I look for? The demintions of my tank are, 30 in long, 11.5 in wide, and 21.5 in tall. I would love to get some corals in there.

get a "30" 150 watt hamilton MH, then you can keep anemones, and softies

Deffinatly nothing higher than a 175 watt MH, any higher it would heat the tank up a little too much, so either go with a 175 watt or the one mentiond above
