I took this photo from RyeBread's gallery and converted it to 3D in Photoshop. You have to have some 3d glasses to get the full effect. Go to McDonald's and get a happy meal and you get a pair for free. Or go to the movie theatre and see if they'll give you some that kids get when they go see Spy Kids 3D.
If anyone wants anything done in 3D, post up the pics!! I enjoy doing it.

I happened to have a pair of my nieces laying around......that is absolutely the coolest thing ever!!!!! The fish looks totally 3d and awesome, but the car doesn't have much effect. Man that is cool. I didn't realize we could even do that.

Can you use lcd shutter glasses on this? i think you can. oh btw at www.i-glasses.com you can get a camcorder converter too record your fish in true 3-d on vhs.
They also have a device with wireless glasses that will turn 2-d into 3d.it states for the first time that there is a device that finally does it right.also works for true 3-d.that is a nice picture just dont have the glasses to view it.

Madd Catt - I have no clue if that will work. I just go for the simple way! :D
I have found that they look better with a lot of stuff in the back ground to kind of contrast the image that you want to "jump out". The McLaren shot doesn't have too much in the background to produce the full effect.
This one turned out better......

Which photoshop started having this feature? I have photoshop, but not the newest and it isn't even installed at the moment. If I give you a couple pics, will you 3d them for me?

I have photoshop 6 at home and 7 at work. Both use the same filter. You can email them to me at brads@anythingcars.com if you want me to do them. Make sure you tell me what you want to "jump out" on each pic.

Just a thought on 3-d its not only comming at you, its at mostl a view master type display {mostly in movies ex:roller coasters or anything moving fast has a hard time to be converted into 3-d}piictures or slow moving objects are better at 3 -d.
