3rd floor apartment

So I'm looking at apartments, They have one that is on the third floor. I have a 180 gallon tank. They said that it would be fine. But it makes me wonder. The floors are made of concrete so it isn't a wooden floor. Does anyone here think that is ok.

I'm on a 4th floor and have a 65 and so far my floor hasn't collapsed.
Unless it is a house converted into apartments I would say you're safe. If it was converted it might not have been designed to be as sturdy.
