4 or 6 bulb t5ho for a 55g?

I'm setting up a 55g I had in storage to move stuff from a 25g into. I'm getting ready to order the lights and don't know if I should get the 4 or 6 individually reflected t5ho setup? I have a 90g with halides on it so I don't need anything really intense, but I would like to be able to keep a anemone perhaps a clam. If I can get by with the 4 bulb individual reflected fixture I would like to go for that.

For fully assembled fixtures this is how I'd go:
1) Aquactinics TX5
2) Nova Extreme PRO
3) 4-bulb TEK
If you have a canopy then a retrofit might be the best option.
