i have a 40 bdr and i am doing reef with LS and LR but do i need a skimmer?
i have a CPR bakpak but this tank is near my bed, like 5 inches away and it is like loud.
but maybe i could live with that but the thing shoots bubbels in my tank not from the powerhead.
what filtration could i use this thing is 1 day old.
do you no off any skimmers that are quiet or do i really need 1, oh by the way i read the manual for the skimmer and it said that after 24hrs it will die down but it hasnt and the cup was full of a salt like think.
