Unfortunatly, I have came to a hard determination that I have to let one of my now 4 tanks go. It is going to be to much for someone to look after while away on business and vacations.
The tank in question is a 40 gallon breeder with two drilled overflows with strainers on each into a "Y" drop to a 20 gallon sump. The sump is a DIY and might use some TLC to clean it up, but its offered with the tank along with a one month old Mag3 return pump. I am also including a seaclone skimmer for free.
The lighting over this tank is a sunshine type 400w metal halide square pendant. The draw back is the ballast is located in the pendant and its heavy. I have it resting on the canopy itself. But with some nice hardware its mountable or hangable over this tank. The bulb in this tank is a 2 month old 400w XM 20k bulb just burnt in and looks sweet. It really lights this tank nicely.
The custom made stand and tank is all one piece and is nicely built (Thanks to Railguy) He is an excellent carpenter.
There isn't much livestock in the tank because I was using it for a frag tank, so there is NO live rock and such to send along.
So inluded with this setup is the following

400 watt halide pendant light with a near new 20k XM bulb.

I received allot of this equipment from trading, but don't need anything so I am going to have to sell it. Sorry for those I traded with, but I am sure you understand.
I am asking $300 for the entire setup. I would like to sell this as a whole and not part out. But if one needs me to part, I might consider reasonable offers.... This would make a nice system.
Also the tank is flawless, NO scratches.
