400L (100 gal) tank - What to put in?

I recently spent over $3500 on a 400L tank and have had it up and running for the past few weeks (I've used chemicals for cycling). All it has in it at the moment is 50kg of Live rock, 30kg of live sand and thats it. The light is a metal halide if that should make any difference.
I need ideas on what to stock in it (yes I know I probably should have thought before I bought the tank, but saw pics of someone else's and impulse took over :D)
I haven't had any real ideas, but I know I want a fish tank rather than an invert, I'm not sure on whether I want corals or not.
I was thinking of getting something like a Lionfish and putting other carniverous fish in, but a person down at my LFS said it would really limit what else I could have in. So, what fish (and how many) could I put in with a lionfish? Should I put aggressive fish in or should I stick to normal fish + corals? If so which fish?
I honestly have no real ideas what to stock and I welcome any suggestions.
Thanks, Zxcs

find one thing you absolutly must have in your tank and then build the rest around it. if you REALLY want a lion fish then buy it and we can help you figure out the rest from there. all of these should get along for the most part.
lion fish
trigger fish (clowns are popular)
medium size tangs or larger
snowflake eel
a puffer
if this is the way you are thinking of going with your tank you might want to take a look at the aggressive fish thread to get more ideas. the main thing is to know who will eat who BEFORE you buy them.

If you spent the money on Metal Halide lights, I would start a community tank with corals. If you start an aggressive tank, the lights will be useless.
