44o watt VHO light for my 55

ok i was wondering:thinking: could i keep any type of sps coral under 440 watts of vho lighting in my 55?if so which ones?also im pretty sure i can keep a clam but what do you think?

i had 440w of VHO< maybe a Montipora cap, if its way up at the top.
Most of the time lighting isnt the main reason of success, make sure your tank is mature, you have stable whater conditions, and you have ample flow.
