a 45 gallon with 2 triggers will not be okay. you will need a much larger tank.

Dont count on your LFS taking in fish that are too big. In the long run, that'll bite you in the ass and you'll be stuck with 2 Triggers that will die from being in a tank that's too small.
They may say they will, now...but, not many "bigger" fish will be sold to someone. They'll end up rotting in your LFS's 20gal. holding/display tanks.
A 40gal. isnt even good enough for 2 juvenile Triggers.

NOT a good idea . A 45 is not big enough at all for even one juvi trigger .
To clairify what AW2 is saying is that Most LFS wont take in larger aggressive fish because , fish keepers will not buy aggressive fish that are not juvies. It's asking for trouble . Because you don't know what kind of attitude they have and they can destroy a tank and lots of hard work. It's just my opinion that you should not get a fish unless your going to dedicate your self to its proper keeping for it's life time .
