46g bow front.. Fish list recommendations.

Well I have recently had an issue with a reef tank concenring ick and the fact that the better looking the fish the more liable it is to infection no matter the water condition ...simply nature of the beast...anyhow I would like to see if it is even worth doing an aggresive tank in my 46g bowfront and if so what can I add to keep things in check?
A fish I am truly in love is a niger trigger.. Is this possible or should I keep moving along..

idk about the trigger but you could keep some dwarf puffers and file fish. File fish are close relatives of trigger! And a sfe would work so yeah you could have an agressive tank!
