Hi, just wanted to post my 5 gal nano tank.
This tank was setup yesterday in an immergency. I originally had a 10 gal with CC and well lets just say they told me so. My tank crashed and in the process my tube anemone was dying along with all the nasties even with my vacuming it did not help. My fish were gasping and I know that ammonia etc were all out of wack. So because I dont' have much live rock, the amount I had looked really stupid in the 10 gal and hubby says no more money on this tank I decided before I loose everything to setup my 5 gal and so here it is. My mushrooms as you can see are not full open but 1 hour after moving them into this tank they were 100% looking better. I now have sand also, lost 3 snails in that process so I am stuck with only 2 for now. The fish are eating now and much happier, I will have to watch this tank very closley and have it in our kitchen and it is just so cute and colorful there. Idealy the clowns should be in the 10 gal but I plan on watching this very closely and hope that nothing else goes wrong for me. My light 20 watt 50/50 coralife PC 10,000K light sure lights this tank up nicely with that blue hue I wanted to achieve. The photo does not show this though. I lost one feather duster and hope it will grow a new crown all this due to water conditions and the CC is now in the garbage as the stench was to much to bear.
