50/50 compact Fluorescent 10watt

I'm trying to find out if these bulbs would work to grow softies in a 29 gallon system. This is the info for them:
This bulb enhances freshwater and saltwater aquariums, it is 50% 10,000k and 50% actinic 03 blue. It has a high-intensity output (equals a 50 watt incandescent bulb) with a low operating temperature. It fits a standard medium base.
I was thinking about 3-4 of these over a standard 29 gallon. Any thoughts? comments? suggestions?

i wouldnt waste time with that,, by the time you get fixtures and bulbs, the money you invested could have gone to buy a cheap t5ho fixture that is going to do better in the long run even a PC aquarium fixture for that size tank is going to have stronger bulbs,,,,
The actinic doesnt really do much for growth, not that mushrooms and such need it but still, if you ever wanted to go to some LPS youd end up upgrading again...
and the biggest question,, what do you have now?

Its not even set up at the moment. Someone gave me an empty 29 gallon tank with no lights, stand or anything. Just the tank. I wanted to set it up as a handy frag tank. My main tanks are a 55 gal a 24 gal eco cube and a 125 gal marine tank.
