537 Gallon Tank

I was wondering, If i go with an all fish, eels, Triggers, etc... in an 537 gallon tank would i be able to get live rock and live sand for the tank or do i have to stay at just dead rock and dead sand? I would love to be able to have the live rock/sand because it would provide food for my manderins, and also provide chewing work for my triggers!
Also because there would not be any corals, could anyone give me any advise on the type of filteration and ideas that i could go with in order to provide me with enough filteration?
Thanks In Advance,

live rock is a good idea if you can afford that much. i think putting mandarins in with eels and triggers is no such a good idea. got any pics of the tank?

I'm not quite so sure on the filtration... But, money is the only thing holding you back from having that much live rock. If you can afford to have all LR/LS, then go for it. If your trying to save a buck or two, I would do a 50/50 mixture of live/dead rock. :D

your sand will eventually turn to Live sand.... if you can afford it get live rock...
filtration: wet/dry and skimmer
to save money you can make your own wet dry out of rubber maids.....
