54 Gal Damsel tank

OK, I might be getting a 54 gal corner bowfront with drilled bottom, sump/bioball skimmer set up. I want to do an all damsel tank. It has no live rock but does have live sand. It has been established for 3 years. I know those little guys are a pain in the butt to many other types of fish, but an all damsel tank would be colorful and full of activity. So, if I plan for 10 gal water changes weekly, approximately how many fish can I keep? Oh yea, I have an establised 90gal with 4 green chromis, royal grama, 2 perc, sixline 90lbs lr and 110lbs ls.

You will still need to put in lots of live rock and make lots of caves. Maybe 5 or 6?
It should be very colorful and active.
Just watch your water levels to see when your load is full. You may be able to do more if your careful and go slow.

I have had yellow tailed damsels fight when there were only 2 in a 55 without rock. They claimed everything as their own, this included filter intakes, skimmer, ect. It could work if you add a good amount of rock and change the aquascape as you add more damsels.

I have 4 damsels, 2 ocellaris clowns, and a lawnmower blenny in my 54 corner and they all get along (for now).
I say you could get 8 (depending on aggression) if you get the ones that stay smaller....
