55 Gal Aggressive

My plans for a 150 gallon have been postponed for about a year and a half due to two possibly three moves i have to make in that time period.
I have a 55 gal set up right now with damsels in it for about 2 1/2 months. It's set up with two powerheads, a prtoein skimmer, and standard wet filter.
I would like to put in some aggressive fish.
Trigger fish, probably a Niger
Lion fish
Puffer
Few other compatible species, or 1 panther grouper
I would like to know if this would be too much of a bio load on that small of a tank, should i get some reef fish, and wait for aggressives until i get my larger tank?
What would an acceptible aggresvie fish load be for this size of tank?
Also, many people i know feed their aggressive fish a mix of live shrimp and feeders, and have done so for years with no problems, i hear this is bad, and will kill them
Any comments on that would be appreciated as well

u can get an aggressive tank but u picked fish that get wayyyyyyy to big. U can do a dwarf lion. Triggers and groupers need like a 150. U can do a snowflake eel. and a dwarf angel if u like them
1- Dwarf lion
1- Snowflake eel
1- Dwarf angel

Would something like a Lion (dwarf), Snowflake eel, and porcupine puffer work?
Or should i stick with Lion, Eel, fish combo?

Porcs need significant room, 90 or 100 gallons minimum. You can do it in a 55 for a very short time. My porc grew very quickly, and almost outgrew the tank (he died). Don't make my mistake.

dwarf lion and SFE are good ideas. you could also get a spotted, saddle, honeycomb, blue dot, or saddle valentini puffer. all cute/inexpensive puffers and they dont get much bigger than 4-5". they have a cute spotted puffer on this site for sale that would work.
