55 gal lighting

Would a 48 inch 4x54w T5HO be good enough for my standard 55gal tank. What types of corals could thrive in that lighting? Thanks alot.

Yes, if you've got individual reflectors and are using good bulbs like Geisemann, UVL, or ATI then you should be all set.
