A rock beauty is a very difficult fish, sometimes considered "expert only". If you have plenty of mature LR, most of the other dwarf angels should do OK. Flame, coral beauty, flameback, etc. There are also many beautiful & peaceful fairy and flasher wrasse that you may want to check out.

I don't know why SWF.com lists clam as a major food requirement for butterfly fish on their web site. Most do very well on any basic omnivore diet. There are several gorgeous butterfly fish that are nearly impossible to keep because they only feed on certain corals/coral polyps.

Never heard of a 4-wheel drive goby. Will have to look that one up.
Do you have an idea what type of corals you might be interesting in getting? If you can afford it, I would go with some sort of halide compact unit.
Ok I see it's the same as the twinspot signal goby. Not sure how it got the 4-wheel drive nickname.
I guess from it love of digging up sand.

IMO&IME; 2 dwarf angels in a 55 is a sure death sentence for one of them. (Unless you find a mated pair, almost impossible.) Sure, there have been exceptions, but not many.
