They will most likely use the lion as a trigger chew toy, those nice long fins are fun to pull and chew on. I wouldn't suggest having a trigger with a lion fish. And the tank is a little on the small side for triggers, or lion fish IMO.

Hawk fish are AWESOME, I have a flame hawk in QT right now, he is like a puppy dog...bugging for food, eats out of my hand, very hardy fish, disease resisant. He is going in with my humu humu, porky puffer.....I love him. My son tells me he is our coolest fish so far.

isn't that a Radiata Lionfish in the pic above
That is the Antennata lion..... Very nice Crox.
As far as tank mates look at filefish, they are normally top dwellers and there are a few that stay small. Acreichthys Tomentosus/ Green filefish / Bristle-Tail Filefish about 4 inches, a Redtail filefish is nice, they are distant cousins to the trigger with a non-stop personality.

the Antennata Lion fins are webbed half way up with eye spots, the Radiata does not have the webbing or eyespots.

Besides physical appearance, the Radiatas are more difficult to keep, they require top water quality, get 9 - 10 inches and require around 65 gallons. The Antennata is easier to keep, gets 8-9 inches and require around a 55 gallon tank.
