55g T5 lighting question

Hi guys, I have a 55g with a T5 lighting. It has 2 flourecents inside. Right now im using 2 10,000k lights in it. Is this good for having FOWLR and maybe a little softcorals/shrooms? If not, can someone reccomend a better one but in the $100-200 range. Thanks!

I assume that you have (2) 4 foot, 54w T5 lamps?
You should be able to keep mushrooms, zoas, etc with them, maybe leathers, especially near the top. I'd stay away from any LPS or SPS corals though, and certainly not clams or anemones.

Probably for the most part, taking into account their lighting requirements when placing.
