Only been set-up for a day. Just added the live rock and a few hitch Hikers that came with the rock.
Hi,
It looks just like my Kuda seahorse tank...56g tall, anyway...it looks awesome, already nice and clear. I think you need a little more rock and maybe point one power head toward the surface to move that, and move the other a little deeper down and pointing at the rock to keep it clear of debris. Do you have a glass top on it?... It's hard to tell in the picture, if it is, then remove it and leave the tank top open. Being such a deep tank you will need to make sure the air circulation is good. Either hang the light, or put it up on legs so it isn't resting on the rim of the tank.
Oh and because it's hard to tell in a picture...the rock must not be built on the shifting sand, it has to be on the bottom of the tank and the sand around it.
And...Congratulations on getting up and running!
I'm not picking on you, I'm just offering some advice to help you out. What kind of filters are you using?
