Is that too much?
Do they add to the bio load?
If I purchase 60 at once can I add them all at the same time?
DO they need to be acclimated?

I dont kow if thats too much or not. Its definatly in the ballpark anyways. They dont really add to the bio load. If anything they help it. They clean up any uneaten food before it breaks down. You can add them all at once, and they most certainly need to be acclimated. An hour an a half drip acclimation should do the trick.

IMO, way to many. They do need to eat meat and where they gona get it. Should not be overfeeding your fish that much. If your over feeding a 90 g that much then your gona have other problems. They will kill each other for larger shells and also kill other critters like snails, pods, worms that will help clean up just as well if not better. Now if you wanted 60 snails i would say yes. JME. I have my reef for 5 years and never added more crabs after the first batch ( newbe mistake ) died out. I hate crabs.

Yep. Only snails. I have about 75 between my 150gDT and 50g fuge. I feel that other critters like snails and pods and brittles and worms and other 'safer life' do the same if not a better job of clean up than crabs. I only have some hitchicker crabs ( not sure what kind they are ) that have stayed tiny and dont seem to be much trouble and one surviving Blueleg thats in a shell the size of a golf ball. And Im sure hes killed a few things over the years.

I would not go with that many I have a 90 gallon and have 22 scarlet reef crabs, 6 electric blue, and 6 electric orange. 16 Banded Trochus Snails, 12 bumblebee snails, 12 Nassarius Snails and 6 super Nassarius Snails plus some ceith snails ,fighting conch for the most part.
Scarlet reef crabs are completly safe and do NOT attack snails. I would not go with blue legged, red legged or anything else they are know to attack snails. Electric blue and orange are also completly safe. and really neat looking and add a lot of color.
Heres what the most of my cleaning crew looks like,
