LOOKING FOR SOME MORE ADVISE OF WHAT I SHOULD DO WITH THIS TANK. I HAVE BEEN TOLD BY ANOTHER LFS THAT MY EQUIPMENT WILL NOT DO THE JOB FOR ME. IF NOT WHAT DO I NEED TO DO. WOULD LIKE A FISH ONLY TANK. PLEASE HELP WITH SOME ADVISE PLEASE AND THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR OTHER ADVISE.

With the amount of LR and LS you could go with a cpr backpack skimmer which hangs on the back of the tank. A lot of people are having great sucess with them and they are easy to setup and maintain. I had one on my 29 gal fowlr before I moved up to a 75 gal reef with built in overflows.

with the size and depth of these tanks i would bet a single mh pendant would work really well, i would also add some current, and you should be able to add some inverts to your lr

A carbon filter could help clear that green water.

Ok if your only doing a fowlr tank you don't need any special lighting like VHO or MH's. Like said get yourself a good quality skimmer. What do you run in your canister filter now?
