OK, I have literally been waiting for this tank for about 4 months.. I finally got it in after it being broke during shipment the fist time.. Anyway!!!
The tanks dims are as follows
36"Lx24"Wx16"T with 3/8" glass, starphire on the front and sides..
Heres the big dilema though, flow.. I''m debating on doing a closed loop up from the bottom w/ a few holes (already got the assurance that none of the panes are tempered) I was curious about the structural integrity of a rimless tank though, never had one.. How many holes can I drill on the bottom (opinion) b4 I start sacraficing the integrity of it, or how about the back too, for that matter... It will be placed on a 3/4" piece of foam on a 3/4" piece of plywood (top of stand)

your going to hate to hear this but... the custome tank must be fully thought out before building.... glass does not have the same strucural integrity as acrylic as far as holes are concerned.. I have 15 holes in the bottom of my 270 but I would never attemp to drill holes in the bottom of a custom glass unless the builder was doing it ... if so I'd say ( depending on thickness of each peice) you looking at safely - a single close loop -one drain and two returns on back, 2 returns on bottom.
