Hey Guys, Im resurrecting my old 7 gallon i used to bring back and forth to college as a tank at work. It's an old 7 gallon mini bow. My first question of many is about flow. I dont want to blow everything to death but i know the importance of flow. Currently i have the tank set up with a power filter rated at 100 gph and a Bio Cube power head rated at 250 gph. That makes the tank have 350 gph turn over. Is that too much. I have the power head pointed at the surface in the middle of the front of the tank. This creates good surface agitation and none of the corals will get a direct hit from the powerhead when there added. Is this a good configuration? should i add more or less?
Thanks for the help.
