70 Gallon Stock List

I have a new custom built 70 gallon( three feet long, two feet wide, and 19 inches high) and was hoping to get the following fish.
1 Radiata Lion
1 Maroon Clown
1 Snowflake Eel
and maybe 1 Marine Betta
How does this sound for compatability and would i be overstocked?
Any help is much appreciated.

I don't know much about Eels, but the other 3 fish are good. You could probably also add a Dwarf Angel.
