I currently have a community reef tank, but have been very tempted to convert it to an aggressive one. Most of my fish will have to go, alas. What I intend to keep are my Marine Betta, Yellow Tang, and Hippo Tang (she's only a temporary resident; still quite small, but I will trade/sell her once she outgrows my tank.) I'm looking for suggestions for the others. I really want to have a Dwarf Lion and a Trigger (Humu or Bursa), but have been told they're not ideal companions and a Trigger will outgrow the tank quickly. Any thoughts on this? What other fish would you recommend? I'm definitely planning to get Maroon Clowns. Other suggestions?? (I'm not a fan of snakes, so an eel is out of the question!)
