also, we are eventually wanting to do, 15 years or so from now LOL an L shape tank, 12' by 8' with a 6' by 8' leg, and roughly 4' tall, that is sectioned, for community fish, agressive fish, and then sharks, so that is the plan in about 15 years LOL

Question 1, how old is your tank? If you're just starting out, Mandarins are out of the question. You need a very established tank that has a lot of Live Rock and copepods. You also have fish that aren't compatible with one another. Don't mix Angels (No Flame and Coral Beauty in the same tank). You also have to watch out for the breed of clowns you keep. Mixed breeds don't get along well. Damsels are a very aggressive fish, and will pick on the more docile ones (pseudochromis, clowns, goby's etc.) Bottom line, you could hold around 6 - 8 of these fish in a 75. However, you defintely don't just drop them in at the same time. You only add 1 or 2 fish at a time, and usually a month or so between each addition.
Your best bet for now is go to your local bookstore and find this book:
A PocketExpert Guide to Marine Fishes: 500+ Essential-To-Know Aquarium Species (Paperback).
It has all the fish in your list, and describes each one as to what they eat, what other fish they are compatible with, whether they are docile or aggressive, etc.

I would not get any damsels

Pick about 3-5inches of fish per gallon of water. That would be 15-25 inches of fish. A clown is grown 3-4inches, subtract that from you 15-25, and so on to get an idea of what would fit. Of course some fish are less/more of a load then others. That will be part of your research. This is using their adult size, not size you buy them at. Research each fish before you buy to make sure it fits in, and you know how to care for it. Don't take the LFS advice on stocking your tank. After your cycles, pick what first fish you would like then only add 1-2 fish every 3 weeks until your staocked. I think the best think is to pick a fish you plan on getting for sure then build the rest of your list around what is compatible with it and your tank.
