75 g tank and stuff for sale in washington

I finally sold all of my live stuff and am ready to sell off the set-up. Following are what I have and the prices.
75 g all-glass tank with black stand, no scratches, clean - $250 OBO
Red sea Prizm skimmer - $35
Fluval 404 - $50
48" lights with 1 ea. power-glo 40W and marine-glo 40W - $60
I am located in eastern WA on the border with Idaho. I do travel to Western WA and OR frequently for arranged meetings.
We are remodeling so need to get it out of the house ASAP.
