I would say shrooms and zoos would be fine. Here's a pic of mine. Fairly new so no coral yet. I havfe a snail and a blue legged hermit crab.

The light it comes with is a 7W 7200K PC. Mine is doing pretty good so far. I feel this color temp light is wonderful for growing coraline. The rock I bought had very little on it and now 3 weeks later I have a good amount growing on my rocks. The before pics are listed in this forum if your interested in seeing them. I'll have newer ones within the week (forgive my photo quality my camera is a POS).
I'll be upgrading pretty soon to a 13w 50/50 (10K/03). With that light on there I feel there will be very little I won't be able to keep in the tank. Certianly no Euphyllia (Torch, Hammer etc...cuz of the sweepers), Clams and delicate SPS.
Currently I have a small colony of zoos (3 polyps) a very bright red/orange mushroom and a small Sinularia (?? 1.25" max). I have plans to add some GSP, more zoos, a small branch of Caulastrea and a small Fungia (if I could fine one small enough). I'm kicking around the possibility of some of the less demanding SPS (perhaps Hydnophora) but more research will be required before trying that
HTH.

Honestly, the light is comes with should be fine. The primary reason I'm changing to a 13W is because it is the smallest 50/50 available that I can find. The 7W is an awesome but I don't like the 7200K as much. Don't get me wrong it's a good light, a lot less yellow than say a 6500K. However, I prefer the look of the 10K/Actinic 03.
Watts/gallon is a pretty inacurate way to rate lighting for a reef tank. The intensity of the light along with the depth of the tank are more important factors to consider. That being said the 7W light is plenty for pretty much any coral.

Did you get you 50/50 light. an where did you get it. Did you put it in the fixture that came with it or did you by a all new one.

I have seen this tank setup with some shrooms, polyps and even xenia, but the xenia was not doing so hot. Maybe because of water movement or light, who knows. It also had a pistol shrimp and some macros. It is kind of an interesting setup I am thinking about getting one or two and experimenting with them.

Nope no 13W 50/50 yet. Lost my wallet so I have to wait until my bank card comes in. Then I'll be ordering it. I'm getting a retrofit kit and building a "canopy" type thing for it. E-mail me for the link if your interested.
I've seen someone put it in the fixture it comes w/ (looks a little sloppy IMO) but honestly, I don't like anything about the fixture at all. The bulb is 7200K (I prefer 50/50 for a single bulb) and the fixture wont rest evenly/nicely of the water w/o being pretty high above the tank. There is a mod for that problem (cutting the stem) but I would rather build my own contraption than hassle w/ the mod.
The only nice thing about the light IMO is the bulb is 7W. Other than that I don't like it, but hey it works.

What's a normal retail price for the .75g nano's? The LFS near me sells them for 42$ and then 50$ with the moonlite.

I just ordered a 18w mini aqualight for mine. It has a 9w 10k and a 9w atinic. It has shipped and it should be here tommarow. I am going to be building a hood for it and I will post pics when it is done. It should be done by the end of the week.
