Welcome to the site. For a 75g, forget the yellow or blue tang, puffer, and butterfly. They will get too big. Also, you can't mix angels. So, just pick one of them. And as far as how to get this tank started, check out the threads at the top of the new hobbyist section. There is some great info there. Hope this helps.

Saddle Valentini Puffers actually stay small, only really reaching a maximum of about 4-5" and they're not overly aggressive. They're one if the "Toby" puffers. You need to watch them with shrimp, some behave, some eat them. It's actually one of the puffers I had considered for my reef tank, but I think I'm going to go with the Blue Spot Toby instead.
Tangs really don't belong in a 65G tank. If you must have one, consider a smaller species such as a Kole or one from the same family (Kole Yellow Eye Tang (Ctenochaetus sp.).
One dwarf angel, not two, especially in that size tank. Angels fight with each other, and while some people can successfully keep multiples in the same tank, most of the time theyre in much larger systems.
A butterfly is not going to be happy in a 75G tank. I know many places say the Auriga needs 50G, but that would seriously limit what else you could keep in the tank.

The Auriga is one of the largest butterfly's out there. 75gal is bordering on too small The bigger issue would be mixing tangs, specifically yellow tangs, with Butterflies in smaller aquariums. The yellow tang will likely beat up the Butterfly.
If you nix the Auriga, and pick one of the dwarf angels, the list is pretty sound. If it's a "standard" 75gal, it only 4" shorter then a 90gal. I generally see no problems with a yellow tang in a 90gal, I have one myself. That said, it really should be the only larger fish.
Blue Spotted puffer is probably THE brightest/best coloring on any fish available in the hobby. Really liked mine;
