Yeap 3inch fighting conch...he was kinda one of my earlier mistakes, however my gf fell in love with it because of his goofy appearence. But ive modified the tank just so that he has everything he needs. And he's still doing fine 6 months later.

Well a large fighting conch needs a 100+g tank. So says the rule book anyway. Ive mad it so that he is the only invert to walk my sad bed, beacuse they only eat detris. I made it so he does not need to compete for food with anything else. Normally a conch that size would eat up all his food supply then starve in my tank if he was competing for food.
Howvever their are smaller conches that people get. But im not to educated on their habbits to well. But im sure their easier to care for.

I can't tell from those pics. There are literally thousands of species of brittlestars, so I need to see more detail in order to tell. Realistically you would have to remove it, and take macro shots.

Yea my camera isnt capable of macro shots, I was just curious to see if anyone could tell from the pics. However its no big deal. Im doing my best to accommodate for its needs.
