90 gallon recommendations

The drawing (crude) should be self explanatory, but what do you guys recommend for internal overflows? What is pictured or something totally different? Would you use a clear acrylic or should I buy some black or other??
Asking as I have a piece of 1/4" clear 18x45" piece. 1/4" thickness work? If I build the bottom overflow pictured, I would make it a box, just without the top(it'll have a back) Then be held in place with the bulkheads. So the nut inside the housing. Also what about the drain line sizes? I have TWO mag 18's sitting here, which I would love the 12 as it runs about the same gph at 4 1/2' of head.

What are you going to use for a sump? How many gallons is the sump? what are you going to put in it? the reason that I ask is because a mag 18 might be too much flow.
I would Google "glass-holes" and take a look at their overflow boxes. I just bought one for my newest build and wish that I used it with all of my tanks.

that is where I am getting the drill bits, but their boxes seem rather small. Besides being cheap, I already have the material here to build the box myself. As for the sump right now I have a 30 gallon tank I will be using unless I find something different.
