90 gallon sump ????

Im in the process of starting up a drilled standard 90 aga.

So what size is a good size to make a sump/fuge. i was thinking 30 standard or 20 long? any ideas? Let me know.

I built mine out of a 20L and have always wished it was bigger. Thinking of going w/ a 40 breeder.

yeah bought a 40 breeder tonight its too big to fit under the stand. im thinking that a 30 standard is going to be big enough.

Try the 30g, I just have never liked the 20L. just my $.02

can u use plexi glass for baffles?

I dont see why not, I used cuting boards. Next time I'll use glass though.

When I had my 90, I used a 30 Breeder and it worked fantastic!

I used 3/16" thick pcs. of glass when I built my sump from a 30 long. Glass is cheaper than Plexi and you can use 100% clear silicon to fasten them in place.I got 4 pcs. cut and it was $12 and change
