I have a 90 gallon tall tank and I have several corals and fish. I know that's not all you need to know but I purchased the LED marineland light and its fine but my zoanthids have all turned brown in color. I think it is due to poor lighting due to the light is not strong enough. I want to stay with LED but thinking bout going to a T5 HO with blue LED light. Please being that the tank is so deep and the closer to the tank I can set the light on the better the PAR and quality of the light will be for my corals.
need quick sugestions on what the best light for corals would be for this tank. like a lot of people I bought what I thought might work but its not strong enough. don't want a hot light system to keep down on electricity and or want to buy a chiller.
cost if right 500 to 850 or little more if the light is the best fit and best up to date.
please help with some suggestions. priority is led and I also don't want to hang a light, best to have a stand or legs that set on the top of my tank. Need a 48 " light.
tank size 48 L X 18 W x 25 Tall
thanks for all of the help, I need to buy one ASAP but don't want to make another mistake both cost and or cause issues to my corals.
