90 to 28 jbj hq/Help

I recently received news that I was going to have to move out of state. That means I have to down size my 90 gallon to a 28 JBJ hq. I plan on keeping some live stock but more worried about the corals (soft and hard) and live rock. I plan on driving and the trip will take 4 days.
What recommendations does anyone have on how to transport the coral and live stock. Do I have to cycle the tank if I transfer the rock and coral over? What about the sand, take some, all or new? I was thinking about black live sand. Any good advice will be helpful.
Thanks

Buy some cooler, like ice cooler line them with two trash bags, put everything including the sand in them. Put a couple of cheap battery operated air pumps and add them appropriately. Put fish in a different container because temp will become a problem too, have a thermometer too adjust the H20 as you travel. Keep at lest some salt water mixed in containers to supply O2 and change the temp should you need to. Remember that some corals within close range of others will finish them off. It's alway hard to move reef tanks, rocks will fall, temp will drop and water will spill out. Love the hobbie.
