The anemone may be sick. If you have a quaratine tank move the clown and see if the BTA perks back up.

Sounds like he is loving it to death. It can happen.
Your BTA should be larger than the clownfish, if not then it might have a pretty rough time of it. Probably not much you can do to seperate the two. I might suggest that you feed your anemone in this case a coupe times per week in order to encourige it to grow.
