Is this to much flow? I have 2 365gph Power heads and 108Gph filter and my skimmer is adding 165gph if not more. Is this over kill?

Absolutely not... just be sure that your powerheads are placed where no one coral gets continuously blasted and that is good flow... My 54 gallon mixed reef has just a MAG 9.5 but my 65 gallon sps has two 1200 gph pumps. More flow the merrier as far as I'm concerned to a certain point...

I asked this awhile ago, the response I got from some old reefers said 20-25x turnover is great.

And another... No problem I'm running 14X turnover per hour. And I'm still looking for more flow. Just hate the look of powerheads.

My hair algae didn't go away in my 65 until I increased the flow to 15x's an hour. Now I'm at 20x and still have room for more flow. As long as the flow is spread out and randomized, and like Johnny said, not blasting your corals, I don't think you can have too much flow.
Lots of well-placed flow is great for the tank, as it brings food to corals and keeps them clean, and also keeps dissolved organic compounds in suspension for the skimmer to take care of.

for my 210 i will be runing 2 tunze 6100's, 1mag 12 on closed loops, 1 mag 18 on closed loop, and 1 mag 18 (return from sump) ill be around 11000 gph, and i still am looking for a way to get more, i might drop the 12 on the cl and upgrade to a 18 or a 24

Definatley not, there are people with SPS barebottom tanks running in excess of 100x turnover, I think thats a little overboard but you're definatly ok.
