It all started with a man and his cat Pepper! Every cat is neutered/spayed and every shots is up to dated, and the cats can roam free in this little village!
Not sure adding a high concentration on a non native species roaming free is the greatest idea in the world if its in the middle of a wildlife area. There's a place up here sorta like that but she takes in stuff like horses, Llamas, etc.
