Most hardy are btas but all will move around often until it finds right spot it likes.

thats funny, my BTA was put in a 55, it attached to a rock and never moved unless i moved the rock...i took down my 55 and went to a 120, its still attached to the same rock, wherever i put it

I think you've just gotten lucky IMO. I'm happy to hear that though. My BTA moved around to a few different places for the first two months or so. Staying in one spot for a week or two then moving. Then after that it stayed in one spot for like 6 months. It has since moved because i tore down my tank and moved, so the anemone moved to a different location (still within the same area).
For a true anemone (meaning they are mobile and photosynthetic) they all will move to what position best suites them. I don't think you can say one species 'moves more' than others. It's an environment thing, not an anemone thing. Provide the anemone with the proper environment, light, flow, low nA, etc and your anemone will move a lot less.
If you are a beginner i would suggest a BTA, they will tolerate more flucuations in the environment than other species.
