a couple of ID's please

In first and second picture the top open ands closes. Any ideas?????

1st and 2nd pic looks like a tunicate
3rd pic MIGHT be a stomatella snail
If im right, both are beneficial

In the third picture, whatever it is, it never moves. I was thinking a oyster or clam of some sort....
