...tell me what you think of them. I've been teaching myself to take/crop/edit photos of creatures in my reef.I doubt I'll ever be a photographer...but I do want to be able to take and post what my eye sees sitting in my display.Both of the pictures below are fairly true reproductions of what my eye sees. They were shot with a Canon G5. Setting was auto and camera was hand held Auto focus/auto flash...and only the actinics were on the display.

First is a close look at what remains of a alveopora I purchased about 18 months ago. During the change from my old 55 to my new 100 display I nearly lost this coral. Before it was the size of my hand with several healthy stalks. While the new display cycled and established this coral deteriorated to nearly nothing.This is all that remains...but it is staging a very nice recovery. It is now about twice the size it was a month or so ago.
