a DT/sump light ???

first the DT question.
on my 210 DT i have 250w MH with 20k radium bulbs. i would like for it to be a little bit more blueish so i was thinking about adding an actinic T5 to it. a few months ago a fellow racer showed me these LED lights for the car and i though it would be awesome if they had blue (which they do).
would this be a good alternitive to a T5?

and the sump question. since cheato likes 6500k or lower would the cool white (6000k) work for growing?
it would be awesome since they run off 12v. i have alot of 12v chargers from random phones, ect.

I run the energy saver 23w bulbs (same output as 100W) in the 6.5k range. Bulbs are like 4 bucks and the housing and reflector was 10 at Lowe's. They don't have to be fancy for chaeto to grow.
My phoenix 14k's are pretty blue, I'm guessing your 20k's are more white than blue?

well i have a HO T5 on the sump now i was just looking for something different.
its deffently more blue than white. the LFS has 400w MH with the 20k rad bulbs and they just seem more blue than my 250w MH. they are also running them on the same brand ballasts i am (sunlight supply galaxy)
i could always try 14k's. all the bulbs i have seen in this catalog all say whitish blue though. there are a few different 20k blue bulbs too.
