A few Dragon Moray Questions

Just doing some research and I know some of you keep these guys.
Is there any difference in these two colorwise:
Muraena pardalis / Enchelycore pardalis
I think there are just older and newer scientic names.
Also is there any difference colorwise in:
Hawaiin Dragon Moray / Japanese Dragon Moray
Again I think they may be the same species.
Reason I ask is I see some that are more whitish and wahsed out coloration on the body and some that are bright orange throughout their entire bodies.
Lastly could one of these beauties live in a 75g alone comfortable with plenty of LR to hide in?
Again, just in the planning stages.

Hawaiian are more white/grey - yellow/orange.
Japanese are are darker orange/maroon - black/grey.
They're both Enchelycore pardalis...same species, just different coloration, due to their different location.
Mine is solo, in a 90gal and she's just fine. The only difference between a 75 and 90 is height...so, I think ONE would be just fine, in a 75gal.

So any difference in price of the two? Have you sold yours yet, I knew you were poking around for interest.
I ask because I see a lot of listings on the web for Japanese Dragon with Pics of the Hawaiian. I really want a Jap, and it seems I'll have to mail order to get one.

Ok, getting closer to pushing the button and getting one of these. I am thinking of putting a Japanese in a 75g with several smaller fish for motion/color and food.
Thinking a bunch of Damsels.
Recommended?
How many should I get?

I disagree with that last post. Dragon are more docile. I have a jap dragon and a whitemouth and when i put them together. I had do take the dragon back out for the fear of its life.

So you think I may be able to leave my 14" white eyed in there huh? He has lived with a Snowflake and currently lives with a Goldentail Brazilian Moray. But no way I will risk my Golden Moray with a DME...this eel is the MOST passiv eel or maybe fish I have. I have to stick feed it and it is so gentle in taking food. My other two just about pull the stick out of my hand.

Not even a change in that. Wouldn't be worth the risk. I planned on fattening the Golden up and moving him down to the 240 with the Snowflake. Then give the 75g all to the DME. This would be a nice low maint tank with a great eel.
