These were loose in the bag... I acclimated them and stuck them on this rock..they are open, I guess they will b okay?

but, after just one flash...I had him on the run back to his hole. That thing can move..and it creeps me out how it runs on its legs.. They dont just slide and slide around the tank like my chocolate chip star!

Very nice pics, is that a cc star eating the krill? I hear they can be quite devastating in a reef tank. Just a thought.:)

Yeap..its still working on it too..about an hour later. He likes to eat! He loves when I splurg and buy him fresh squid from the counter
I know, they arent supposed to be reef safe, but I try to feed it regular..and it knows (okay, I think it knows) to come to the top for food..it does, it seems like. I have never seen it on any of my coral. All of the corals are growing..the mushrooms are spreading. I have a blue mushroom clear on the otherside of the tank than the colony!
In my experience so far..and this star is young..Ive had him since November. It isnt very big..but so far, I havent had any problems with him. I have seen him pin down snails and eat them, but thats the only bad thing Ive seen out of him! Ive also seen it go to the clips and eat seaweed sheets before too. I thought that was weird!

Pics are cool. I can't wait to get corals in mine like you have. I like that multirock. You say you got it from SWF.com. Well, anyways I saw the ABC stool in front of your tank. Like you said I'll be wearing out that couch in front of mine. Keep us updated on new arrivals.
