this r the 1st good pics i got of my mandarin ever since i got him 6 months ago. he is always hiding, and decided yesterday to come out.

It is indeed a beautiful specimen. Looks quite healthy. Have you noticed a reduction in your pod count yet?

not really. i hv a hob fuge. once a week, i pour more pods from the fuge into the main tank.

hey nycbob, how are the green chromis' i heard their aggresive but SWF has them listed as preaceful and i think they add tremendous color to the tank was thinking of getting maybe two or 3 not sure though??? would love to know thanks

very very peaceful. i never see them fighting. i had one in the tank since i started in feb 07. i add the other 6 just 3 weeks ago bc i like the schooling effect.

72 bowfront reef and a 150 fowlr. the fowlr is pretty boring, so i never really post pics of that one.

my largest fish is the yellow tang. all the others r relatively small. corals in general dont add much to the bioload. the 5 clams eat fish poops and lower nitrate. i also hv over 130lbs of lr. all of my levels actually 0, like phosphate, nitrate, nitrite and ammonia. i do 10% water change weekly.
