a good feeder clam

i just bought about a pound of mahoggany (sp) clams for my butterfly. well evry1 likes it except my lionfish (not to hard to beleive) is this clam a good feeder clam? if not plz let me no what is.

try some live mussels,my fish like them.just dont let them sit in the tank too long,dont want them too mess up your wayer quality.
