a good phosphate remover?

i just started using "phosban," i was told it works well and i put it in my emperor hang on....
what others are good/any other experiences? thanx :happyfish

I just purchased some Phosguard, I'll let you know how well it works once I use it for a few days. I had tried something called Phos-X and it didn't seem to do much for phosphates

I used Phosguard and it worked great. I am actually using it now because I am back to using tap water. My LFS is closed temporarily(I hope).

cool, i hope it does the trick my tank has bleach white sand right now and looks amazing!

had some bad luck with phosban placed in my canister filter. I was getting false positives for ammonia in hagen tests. so watch out for that. instead of using phosban what ive been told is to find out why you have high phosphates and fix the problem then phosphates will be able to be contolled with your normal water changes.
