A Little Computer Help!!

Can someone tell me how to size my pics inorder to upload them. And how do I attach, is it through additional options??

well..if you go to paint on your computer..well it might take out some of the pic but itll let u capture the middle....when u open the pic up n paint...bottom right hand corner ..right on the corner put ure mouse there...click and drag to size that the site requires...that should help you some...unless someone else has a better solution..good luck!
